– Program + Process –
Bring structure to complicated work
I work best in environments with too many moving parts, unclear ownership, competing priorities, recurring deadlines, and systems that have grown harder to manage over time.
My role is to understand how the work actually functions, identify where the friction lives, and build a clearer way forward.
Contexts Differ
Friction Rhymes
Complex work breaks down when structure cannot keep up
Projects stall when decisions are unclear. Teams duplicate effort when ownership overlaps. Workarounds become permanent. Information gets fragmented. Meetings multiply. Deadlines become harder to predict.
The problem is often not effort.
It is that the operating structure
no longer matches the work.
I look across the system — people, process, priorities, tools, responsibilities, vendors, and handoffs — and help make the whole thing easier to understand and operate.
What I bring to
Program + Process Management
Program Leadership
Coordinating complex work across multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities.
Implementation
Moving ideas from discussion into workable systems, processes, and operating routines.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Connecting teams, vendors, leadership, and outside partners around shared objectives.
Ownership + Role Clarity
Making responsibilities, decision points, and handoffs easier to understand.
Process Improvement
Identifying recurring friction and redesigning workflows around how the work actually happens.
Operational Planning
Sequencing work, anticipating dependencies, and creating structure around recurring or high-pressure activity.
Problem Solving
Working comfortably in ambiguous situations where the real issue is not immediately obvious.
Change Management
Helping people move from an established way of working into something clearer and more effective.
The environments change.
The pattern stays remarkably consistent
Throughout my career, I have repeatedly stepped into situations where the work mattered, the people were capable, but the structure around them was creating unnecessary strain.
Sometimes that meant rebuilding a production system.
Sometimes it meant creating a new community program.
Sometimes it meant stabilizing a long-running project under financial and organizational pressure.
Sometimes it meant coordinating a public event involving cities, vendors, volunteers, security, performers, and thousands of attendees.
The common thread is the same:
Understand the system.
Find the friction.
Clarify the work.
Move it forward.

AI / Digital Product Consulting
Worked with technologists and leadership on use cases, product direction, UX, and broader platform opportunities.
I tend to start by
making the system visible
Before changing anything, I want to understand:
• Who owns what
• Where decisions happen
• How work moves
• Where handoffs fail
• What keeps repeating
• Where time or money is leaking
• Which problems are symptoms rather than causes
I am less interested in adding more process than in removing the friction that makes process necessary.

I like the work that does not fit neatly into one box
The projects with too many stakeholders. The programs that grew faster than their structure. The processes everyone has learned to tolerate. The initiatives that need someone to connect the pieces and keep them moving.
